To ensure optimal service for all our clients, we kindly request that you arrive promptly for your appointment. Please be aware that clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
We understand that plans can change. To avoid any inconvenience, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
In the event of a missed appointment without prior notice, one session will be deducted from your package, or your deposit will not be refunded. Your time is valuable, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these policies.
We do not offer refunds for any services or packages purchased. However, clients have the option to transfer their sessions or credit to a family member or friend. For new clients, a patch test is required.
The clinic is not suitable for children. In rare cases, clients must have someone to supervise their child.
No animals are allowed in the clinic. Support animals are allowed with proper supervision due to laser safety concerns.
